Pendidikan Kristen Dan Ketahanan Budaya: Memberdayakan Kaum Muda Papua di Dunia Yang Terglobalisasi

Penelitian ini menelaah peran transformatif pendidikan Kristen dalam menumbuhkan ketahanan budaya kaum muda Papua di tengah dinamika globalisasi dan tradisi leluhur. Dengan menggunakan metode systematic literature review (SLR) dan analisis tematik, penelitian ini mensintesis 25 studi peer-reviewed yang diterbitkan antara tahun 2015 hingga 2023. Temuan menunjukkan bahwa decolonial hybridity, pedagogi kritis, dan adaptasi glokal merupakan kerangka utama untuk memahami bagaimana kaum muda Papua merebut kembali kedaulatan epistemik melalui pembelajaran berbasis iman. Praktik seperti integrasi tarian wor dalam liturgi, penafsiran ulang Alkitab yang kontekstual, dan aktivisme digital (#PapuanVoices) memperlihatkan bagaimana agensi lokal mentransformasi ruang kelas menjadi arena perlawanan terhadap ketidakadilan struktural. Globalisasi, meskipun mengandung ancaman komodifikasi, juga membuka peluang bagi inovasi dan solidaritas diaspora, sehingga memungkinkan terciptanya identitas hibrid yang berakar pada tradisi sekaligus modernitas. Penelitian ini memberi kontribusi pada teologi pascakolonial dan pendidikan Kristen dengan mengajukan model pedagogi iman-dekolonial yang menegaskan ketahanan budaya bukan sebagai pelestarian statis, melainkan praksis yang terus berkembang dalam dialog dengan realitas global.
