Abstract: The Covid-19 pandemic has caused service activities throughout the church to experience both positive and negative impacts. Including the GBI Anugerah Bandar Lampung which has decreased the quantity and quality of youth services. And this is a challenge for GBI Anugerah including all churches to overcome. The purpose of this study is to find out what are the causes of the decline in the quantity and quality of youth servants in the church, especially GBI Anugerah Bandar Lampung, and also to examine what can be done to increase the enthusiasm of youth servants based on the background of the letter 1 Timothy 4:11-16. The method used is descriptive qualitative with data collection techniques are in-depth interviews. After the problem was found, the researchers
used the literature study method to collect information and theories related to the role of youth servant and the background of the letter 1 Timothy 4:16. Based on the results of the study, it was found that there were several factors that resulted in a fairly extreme decline in the number of young
people, namely: health reasons, studies, and marriage. Youth must take responsibility and persevere during a pandemic for church growth.
